Adam Bielanski, a dynamic entrepreneur, influential speaker, and accomplished author, stands as the CEO of MSP+OS, a consulting powerhouse in the technology sector. A visionary strategist, Adam has a flair for designing automated processes that yield predictable and elite results. At his core, Adam embodies the spirit of a "go-giver," consistently striving to give back and enrich others through his vast professional experiences.
Demonstrating unparalleled acumen, Adam procured and divested several tech firms before reaching the age of 30, setting the stage for his illustrious consulting career in 2012. With a vast reservoir of experience in tech business ownership and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he founded Sierra Pacific Group. This trailblazing firm, known for guiding tech leaders with industry-proven methodologies, later merged with MSP+OS. Under Adam's visionary leadership, MSP+OS has swiftly ascended to a dominant position in the tech consulting arena, steadfastly upholding its core values and devotion to its team.
Apart from leading MSP+OS, Adam's vast influence resonates through his esteemed membership in the ConnectWise Advisory Council and the Entrepreneurs' Organization. His contributions and leadership continue to shape the trajectory of the technology consulting sector, solidifying his status as a transformative business luminary.
Brett Jaffe
With a rich journey spanning 25 years, Brett Jaffe has masterminded the creation and subsequent sale of three pioneering ventures, encompassing an MSP, a cloud reseller, and a cutting-edge digital forensics enterprise. Beyond the business realm, Brett showcased leadership as an officer in the US Army, managing vast troops and exemplifying commitment. His prowess is further highlighted as he architectured an international channel partner program, ushering it from a mere idea to a staggering $30M in recurring gains.
Brett stands out as a seasoned speaker, consultant, and trusted advisor. His interactions with a multitude of businesses have granted him a panoramic perspective on the nuances of diverse business growth stages. His adeptness in M&A has seen him don multiple hats, be it as a purchaser, vendor, or a guiding counselor.
Now, as a vital cog in the MSP+OS machinery, post the ConnectStrat merger, Brett is eager to channel his expertise to uplift the ITSP sector, empowering many to realize their visions.
Educationally, Brett is fortified with a B.S. from Tufts University and a specialization in Strategic Internet Management from Northeastern University. He once donned the mantle of an EOS® Implementer and is a recognized DISC trainer. His allegiance to the IT domain remains unswerving, demonstrated by his pivotal role at the audIT Sales Presentation System.
Away from the professional hustle, Brett is passionate about soccer, skiing, and mountain biking. He cherishes life in scenic Bedford, NH, sharing his abode with his beloved wife and two daughters.
Jamison West
Jamison West, the Chief Strategy Officer of MSP+OS, boasts an illustrious 25-year tenure as a serial entrepreneur. Originating as the force behind Arterian (previously JWCS), he magnified a solo operation into a 40-person powerhouse, integrating four other IT Services companies along the way.
Transitioning his prowess, he co-founded three innovative SaaS ventures: Teamatics, SmileBack, and TimeZest, while actively working as Chief Strategy Officer at TimeZest. As a recognized figure in both SaaS and IT Services arenas, Jamison's extensive repertoire includes founding and steering companies, engaging in and leading professional peer groups like HTG and EO, and providing invaluable coaching and consultancy to numerous U.S. clients. Jamison played a key role in shepherding the sale of SmileBack to ConnectWise.
An adept speaker, his subjects span from the intricacies of Cloud and M&A to the nuances of people management. Notably, he is a former EOS® Implementer. Outside the professional realm, Jamison finds joy in Las Vegas, where he cherishes life with his close-knit, modern-day Brady Bunch family.
Bill Stucklen
Bill embarked on his IT journey in the early 90s, laying down his roots during the emergence of power computing and offering technical support for the iconic video game, Doom. As the digital landscape evolved, he experienced the highs and lows of the .com era, delved into T&M IT support, and witnessed the pioneering days of managed services. A pivotal moment in his career came in 2005 when his NYC-based MSP adopted ConnectWise software, playing a key role in shaping the ConnectWise platform.
In 2011, Bill co-founded Stack Advisors, an automation consultancy emphasizing the ConnectWise Business Suite. Under his guidance, the firm assisted MSPs in refining and automating numerous processes. Today, as MSP+OS and Stack Advisors unite, Bill's passion remains unwavering: to reciprocate the immense support he received from the MSP community during his formative years.
Now serving as our Chief Technology Officer, Bill brings with him a dedicated team of experts. He's championed standards for MSPs and spearheaded the culture at MSP+OS to prioritize automation, education, and expertise, ensuring both individuals and organizations flourish.
Nicole Bielanski
I currently serve as one of the Owners and hold the position of Chief Revenue Officer at MSP+OS.
My career has revolved around sales and marketing, and in the past five years, I've played a pivotal role in driving Sierra Pacific Group's remarkable growth from a team of three to a formidable 43-member organization. A significant part of my focus has been on streamlining HubSpot Sales & Marketing systems to engage, educate, and convert our ideal prospects into valued clients.
Sarah Mikel
Sarah Mikel, our Chief Transformation Officer, is a seasoned professional and leader with a passion for innovation, transformation, and the pursuit of excellence. Sarah believes every organization, regardless of its size or industry, has the potential for remarkable evolution and is a staunch advocate for the power of strategic thinking, collaboration, and adaptability in the face of change.
Sarah has an extensive background rooted in project management where she had the privilege of spearheading diverse large-scale projects across multiple industries and organizations. Sarah has spent the last number of years serving as the Chief Operating Officer and EOS Integrator at Stack Advisors. It was an incredibly rewarding journey in which Sarah was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of service. Additionally, as the EOS Integrator, Sarah led the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System, aligning the team, vision, and processes to achieve goals.
In her role as Chief Transformation Officer at MSP+OS, Sarah's primary focus is to drive change, innovation, and strategic growth while being deeply committed to cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and fostering an environment where our team can thrive. Transformation isn't just about changing processes, it's about empowering individuals and teams to reach their fullest potential and Sarah is committed to making that happen.
Craig Beck
While the allure of aeronautics ran in his lineage, Craig Beck's destiny was intertwined with the digital realm. From an early age, he showcased an uncanny prowess with computers, rapidly conquering various programming languages. This prodigious talent didn't go unnoticed, and by the age of 23, he was already reshaping the technological fabric of a regional sports club chain in his role as assistant IT director. Notably, under his guidance, the establishment saw the birth of its first mobile application.
His innovative spirit didn't stop there. Marrying his technological acumen with an innate creative flair, Craig embarked on a new venture, founding a graphic design enterprise. The MSP world beckoned next, witnessing Craig's seminal work with LabTech, now rebranded as ConnectWise RMM. His profound understanding of RMM instruments led to a fortuitous partnership with co-founder William Biergiel, and together, they set the foundation for Picon Consulting. Their combined vigor and vision culminated in a significant merger with Sierra Pacific Consulting in 2020, giving rise to the distinguished Sierra Pacific Group. Now, as the Chief Services Officer at MSP+OS, Craig continues to influence the ITSP space with his unique blend of technical mastery and visionary leadership.
Outside the bustling corridors of the tech domain, Craig cherishes moments with his family, indulges his wanderlust, and relishes delectable culinary journeys.
Mike Williams
Mike Williams, our esteemed Chief Financial Strategist at MSP+OS, is a visionary leader with a rich entrepreneurial and IT background. He co-founded Logically, a testament to his prowess, which under his guidance skyrocketed to an impressive revenue of over $100 million. As the architect of the Logically MSP platform, Mike pioneered the concept of merging MSP peer group members, a move that saw him oversee 14 triumphant integrations.
Additionally, Mike is renowned for his role as the CEO of XPM2 Partners, which has now merged with MSP+OS. This business consulting powerhouse focuses on platform development, business optimization, and enhancing enterprise value.
His leadership acumen extends beyond MSP+OS and XPM2, as he is an active member of several elite boards. This includes Logically, ConnectWise Advisory Council, Intel Advisory Board, and Forza Corp. Mike's academic journey led him to Providence College, where he secured a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Originally diving deep into neuropsychology, he transitioned to the IT world in 1996 and swiftly emerged as one of Maine's pioneer Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers. With an expansive technical architecture portfolio encompassing Fortune 500 companies and tenure as CIO for Maine's premier primary care practice, Mike consistently showcases his commitment to driving innovation and growth in the IT landscape.
Parker Kaback
Parker Kaback serves as the Chief Integration Officer at MSP+, where he leads the strategic integration of systems, processes, and teams to drive efficiency and scalability. With over 15 years of experience in IT operations and managed services, Parker is an expert in ensuring seamless post-acquisition integration and aligning business functions to achieve synergy.
Known for his results-driven leadership, Parker specializes in orchestrating complex integrations that enhance operational performance while maintaining a focus on enterprise value. His innovative approach to streamlining workflows and optimizing systems has been instrumental in MSP+’s mission to set the gold standard in the industry.
