ClientBridge eliminates the barriers between MSP and client PSA platforms by enabling ticket cloning and synchronization. Notes and time entries update in near real time, ensuring both sides stay aligned without relying on phone calls, emails, or manual updates.

Once a ticket is cloned, each side can manage it within its own PSA workflow while maintaining synchronization of key updates. This preserves independence while enabling effective collaboration.

ClientBridge intelligently maps SLA metrics, ticket categories, and subcategories between PSA instances, ensuring consistency in service measurement and reporting.

Unlike ConnectWise DSIT’s shared-instance approach, ClientBridge maintains separate user management and organizational boundaries. This reduces the risk of a single field point of failure for data exposure and provides tighter role and access control.

Internal IT staff work in a fully functional, independent PSA, not a restricted subset of the MSP’s platform. This unlocks the ability to use APIs, third-party integrations, advanced configurations, and custom workflows, creating a richer and more flexible operational experience
